Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this 19th Century Copper Luster Teapot from England.
This beauty features an Orange Band framed by Beaded Borders and Sporting Embossed Green and White Flowers, Bird Spout, Serpent Handle, and a Lid with Matching Orange Band and a Reclining Lion. Measures 4" tall to the top of the finial, and 8" wide from spout to handle.
Very Good Condition. A pinhead-size nibble on the top and two on the bottom of the spout opening, three flat flakes on the underside of the footer (1/8" to 3/8"), and minimal wear. No chips to the handle or opening, and no hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration. The lid has three 1/8" nibbles on the bottom of the seating ring. Otherwise as made.
